Because every tag is handmade in small batches, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Damaged or lost orders: If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at thegifttagstudio@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement — no need to return the damaged items.
